A medium leaf, deep lush green lawn that is great for cool climate and high shade areas (up to 70%). A beautiful lawn for ornamental gardens. The only rhizome producing tall fescue, with the ability to self repair.
It is recommended to seed through the warmer months of September to April, however you can seed all year round. A full lush lawn can be expected within 16-24 weeks.
