Backed by Lawn Solutions Australia, The Turf Farm offers homeowners a unique, 10 Year Lawn Warranty – the only of its kind in Australia.

What does the 10 Year Lawn Warranty cover?

The warranty certifies that instant turf supplied by The Turf farm has been grown and harvested to stringent standards, is free of weeds and disease on delivery, and will perform to its maximum potential in its new environment (subject to conditions).

What to do if you have a problem with your lawn

If, for any reason, there is a problem with the instant lawn you have purchased from us, contact us immediately. We are committed to our 100% product warranty.

The fine print

The Turf Farm guarantees that you will receive a weed free lawn. However, there are occasions post-establishment where you may need to get rid of weeds. We recommend you call our friendly and experienced staff for free aftercare advice.

The Turf Farm takes no responsibility for incorrect measuring. If we don’t inspect your area, it is your obligation to ensure correct measurements have been taken. To accurately measure your area, please visit the ‘Measure your area‘ page to obtain the correct formula.

All reasonable care has been taken in laying the lawn.
All handling of the lawn is according to our laying guide.
It is laid within 24 hours of delivery.
The watering requirements have been met and the lawn has been kept damp at all times.
Your new lawn has been top dressed.
Site has been well prepared and soil type is appropriate for lawn variety.
A starter fertiliser has been applied prior to laying.

We reserve the right to require proof of turf condition and handling by inspection or photograph and will determine if reasonable care has been taken whist preparing, laying and after care of turf.

Sometimes replacement is not the best course of action and a care or maintenance program can be put in place to rectify the problem. Replacement must be at the address of sale and may be offered on a roll by roll basis, not complete.
